- Sautéed onion-garlic-ginger invite in the ground beef!
- Second wave of the party involve baby tomatoes, yoghurt and the spice girls: cumin, coriander, turmeric and fennel.
- The greens have arrived!!
- Enter in the suave lady of the night: Ms. Halfanavocado
- Just about ready to eat, 5 minutes before we add in fresh chopped coriander (including the roots and stems), more yoghurt and garam masala.
- Little Indian Dinner – a nice keema (ground beef) curry with a mix of collard, mustard and kale greens, yoghurt and (quite provacatively) avocado. Co-starring a lovely cucumber raita and brown rice.
