Short and Delicious

It’s my day for quick and fantastic small plates. Homemade (not by me) uncased spicy gruyère and porcini pork shortrib sausage sautéed quickly in olive oil with 3 Tbsp finely chopped red onion, 1 small tomato and a healthy dash of Marsala wine served over cappellini with fresh mâche greens for a colour pop (and vitamins).

Short and delicious!
