- Exciting salads R Us: baby arugula, prosciutto, Fuji apples sliced “en allumette”, pecan halves and Burrata (best cheese EVER). Dressing was a simple olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
- Slow-cooked Taiwanese beef shank and tendon in a black bean and soy sauce with fresh noodles (cooked excellently by Cynthia)
