Supreme grilled cheese sammiches! Starring:

• pepper jack cheese,
• pesto,
• smoked turkey,
• homemade spicy chili-relish mayo
• and of course caramelised onions all on artisanal ciabatta bread

We are onions and we are caramelising…

Supreme grilled cheese sandwich in construction… pesto on one side, spicy mayo, turkey, onions on the other. The cheese is about to be added. Then all that remains is to grill these nicely until the cheese is properly melted.

I chopped these into grab-friendly sized pieces and served them at a geek business meeting with a platter of juicy grapes.
